Couple of welcome to Gfx pointers

1) you can only post 6 pieces every (calender) month (so pick your next 2 pieces well young grasshopper )
2) posting several pieces on the same day isn't a good idea. You only get 1 thumbnail in the recent postings fper day, so many people will miss the other posts. Plus people get review fatigue if you post multiple works and will tend to do just one of your works before moving on to someone else. Better to leave at least a couple of days between each post.
3) you can post images upto 716 pixels wide - and it's appreciated! It's difficult to give a proper review if the image is too small.

Now to the pic
Impressive building - and the path in the foreground leads nicely into the picture. I'd have a look at cropping out the area to the right to remove the modern flats - after that you'd need to jiggle with the proportions to get it looking balanced again.
The lighting / colour and mood of the image are all very restful. The snow makes the foreground simple and doesn't distract - good capture!.
